Auvik SaaS Management (4)

SaaS Ops is now generally available. Auvik SaaS Management has been updated with powerful SaaS Automation features that automate the employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) and deliver deep visibility into SaaS license usage. This update will help you slash the time spent on manual tasks, save budget, and reduce risk across your SaaS applications. All existing Auvik SaaS Management subscriptions now come with SaaS Ops. No extra licensing or add-ons are needed! With SaaS budgets hitting $2,000–$4,000 per employee each year, and 25% of that spend going unused on average, we’re excited to launch this set of features to support our customers in solving these problems!

How to Get Started

  1. SaaS Ops is Already Included
    All existing Auvik SaaS Management subscriptions now come with SaaS Ops. No extra licensing or add-ons needed!

  2. Configure Your Integrations

  • From the Partner Hub: Go to Org Preferences > Integrations to enable the SaaS Ops integrations you want to use.

  • From the Client/Admin Hub: Within a specific client, navigate to Utilities > SaaS Ops to manage and configure integrations on a per-client basis.

  1. Explore the Licensing Tab
    Once you’ve connected an application, you’ll see new features added inside of the Application menu. Look for the Licensing tab once you’ve selected an integration application inside Auvik SaaS Management. Here, you’ll get real-time insight into which users are licensed, which users are leveraging particular SaaS tools, and which Licenses might be underutilized.Leverage the Employee Lifecycle Section
    On the left-hand side, you’ll see the Employee Lifecycle panel. This is your command center for automated onboarding and offboarding across any integrated applications. Set up provisioning rules, manage user access, and revoke permissions with just a few clicks!
