What does Zoom do when a user is onboarded?
Users will be listed in the Pending tab of User Management of Zoom. New Zoom users will receive an activation email. Existing Zoom accounts under the same email address will receive an email to accept the account invitation to join.

What does Zoom do when a user is offboarded?
Results depend on the action taken during offboarding. Deactivating a user will prevent them from signing in to their Zoom account or utilizing any of the features. Unlinking a user will give them their own basic, free Zoom account. Deleting a user will permanently remove the user and any of their data.
