General Release
Auvik AI Features General Availability: The following Auvik AI features are now generally available:
Alert Creation Agent: Create v2 alert definitions from natural-language requests.
Alert Insights Agent: Identify alert noise and opportunities to improve alert definitions.
Troubleshooting Agent: Investigate alerts with guided analysis, likely causes, and recommended next steps.
Remote Terminal Agent: Receive guidance while working in a network device terminal.
Remote Command Agent: Generate server and workstation commands in Command Runner.
Together, these capabilities help technicians create more effective alerts, investigate issues faster, and work with greater confidence in the terminal. These features are now available across various subscription tiers to help drive better network visibility and faster resolution times.

Reduce Shared Collector Disconnected Alerts in Alerts V2
We’ve added an option to collector alert definitions (alerts v2 only), so that only one alert is generated when the shared collector is disconnected. When enabled, a shared collector disconnection generates only one alert notification, triggered on the parent multi-site, rather than separate notifications for every site that uses the shared collector.
For new customers, this option will be enabled by default in the pre-configured Auvik Collector Disconnected alert.
For existing customers, you can enable it in any collector alert definition (alerts v2 only) by enabling the following option in the definition: Trigger conditions > Group Shared Collector Alerts > Only notify me once from the parent collector for any shared collectors

Troubleshooting Agent
Faster Access to Remote Terminal: When the Troubleshooting Agent suggests a command, you can now click the Go To Terminal button to open the relevant device terminal in a new tab. The button is enabled only when Auvik has login credentials for the device. This removes additional steps if you need to open the correct terminal to continue your investigation.
Better Troubleshooting for Interface Alerts: We've expanded the interface statistics Auvik AI can use to troubleshoot relevant interface-related alerts, including usage, errors, discards, unicast, multicast, and broadcast packet statistics.
Better Flow Data Analysis: The Troubleshooting Agent can retrieve additional flow details when available and analyze that evidence before completing its response. This results in better troubleshooting guidance for relevant alerts.

Stack Alert Types and Pre-configured Alerts Are Now Available in Alerts v2
You can now create Alerts v2 definitions using the new Switch Stack Members and Switch Stack Ports alert types. We have also added two preconfigured Alerts v2 alerts:
Stack Switch Port is No Longer Up
Stack Switch Member is in An Unexpected State
These pre-configured stack alerts are similar to the existing legacy ones, but use the more powerful Alerts v2 experience, including alert delay and trigger notification options. By default, the new version rolls up notifications to the stack to reduce alert noise.
This gives you more flexibility to monitor stack health and respond when a stack member changes state or a stack port is no longer operational.
-
More Alerts v2 Preconfigured Alerts
We’ve added three additional Alerts v2 preconfigured alerts:
Configuration Backup
Configuration Polling
New Network Device Discovered
These alerts use the same default settings as their legacy counterparts, while providing access to the more powerful capabilities of Alerts v2, like better device selection and customization.
-
Pre-configured Alerts v2 Now Include Map Overlay Notification Channel: When adding or restoring an alerts v2 pre-configured alert using Restore Default Alerts in Manage Alerts > Alerts V2 Table, the restored alert definition will include the Map Overlay notification channel. This change makes active alerts visible on the map by default, helping users quickly identify affected devices and locations.
Webhook Notification Channel Visibility in Alert Details: In the alert details view, the External Ticket ID field now displays the name of the webhook notification channel used for the alert. Previously, this field showed only Webhook: created. This makes it easier to identify the destination webhook notification channel when reviewing or troubleshooting alerts.

Alert Insights Report
-
Baseline Values Now Available
Baseline values are now displayed alongside the 30 Day Overview metrics in the Alert Insights Report. The baseline is the average of the previous six 30-day periods. It gives you a point of comparison for the current rolling 30-day results.
This makes it easier to understand the absolute change behind a percentage difference and to set more meaningful thresholds when creating alerts based on Alert Insights Report data.
-
Delay Suggestions Now Show the Units
We’ve made a small clarity improvement to Alert Insights Report. The column headers for delay suggestions now explicitly include the time unit, making the suggested value clear.

-
More Detailed PSA Audit Trail
We've made a couple of improvements to the Audit Trail for the ConnectWise PSA and Autotask PSA integrations.-
Inventory Sync
Audit Trail entries are now created when Auvik updates a PSA device configuration.
Entries include the timestamp, Auvik device, associated PSA device configuration and field level updates, making it easier to troubleshoot device inventory synchronization issues.
-
Alert Sync (ConnectWise PSA only)
Ticket creation entries now include the board name.
Ticket closure entries now include the board name and updated ticket status.

Improved Visibility When Syslog Usage Exceeds a Site’s Quota
When a site exceeds its Syslog volume quota, Auvik deletes the oldest messages until usage falls below the limit. We’ve improved Syslog usage views to make this clearer.
In Syslog > View Usage at the site level, a banner will indicate that older messages were deleted because the site exceeded its quota. For days affected by deleted messages, the usage value will display '-', so it is not mistaken for no Syslog activity. Hovering over the value shows that messages were deleted and the usage before deletion.
In Syslog > Summary at the global level, the site’s usage bar will appear orange. Hovering over the text explains that the site exceeded its quota and that older messages were deleted.
For quota details and guidance on reducing Syslog volume, see How many syslog messages can a site send to Auvik.
Fixed
Remote Browser Connectivity: We resolved a connectivity issue where users were unable to access the web GUI of FortiGate firewalls via the Remote Browser following a firmware upgrade.

ConnectWise PSA & Autotask PSA Notification Channel Change
We’ve updated how PSA notification channels are managed across Auvik sites. PSA notification channels can only be created and edited on the site where the ConnectWise PSA or Autotask PSA integration is configured. You will no longer be able to create or modify PSA notification channels from other sites.Previously, notification channels could be configured at a different site from the PSA integration, which could result in different service board or queue settings across sites. These differences were difficult to see and could cause alerts to be routed somewhere unexpected and potentially missed. This change makes PSA alert routing more predictable and easier to troubleshoot.
Existing configurations will not be changed. If you need help updating an existing configuration, contact Auvik Support.
-
Flexibility for Editing v2 Alerts
We’ve re-added the option to keep active Alerts v2 alerts open when making certain alert-definition edits. When an Alerts v2 definition has active alerts, you can choose to clear them or keep them open when changing:Alert name
Alert description
Alert severity
Trigger message
Clear message
Notification channels
Email delivery delay
The edits will take effect on the next triggered alert and do not impact active ones. All other edits will require active alerts to be cleared by default. This preserves the safeguard for changes that could affect alert resolution, while avoiding unnecessary alert noise for administrative changes such as adding notification channels to a global alert.
Auvik AI Troubleshooting Agent Timeline Ordering - Fixed an issue where events in the timeline could appear out of sequence. Events are now consistently displayed in chronological order.

Device CVE Monitoring
Say goodbye to manually monitoring CVE databases and manually auditing devices in your network when a new CVE is published. Our new Device CVE Monitoring feature automatically evaluates published CVEs from the NIST database against devices on your network and surfaces which Devices the CVE applies to, allowing you to be more proactive about identifying and resolving CVEs in your network quickly.
The feature will be available to Advanced & Performance customers.
