Alerts v2 Trigger Conditions, Device and Interface Properties

With Auvik Alerts v2, trigger conditions can be assigned to specific devices, but also specific interfaces and services. This also means that devices that have multiple interfaces and services can trigger alerts independently on a single device or can be set to not alert for a specific condition depending on your needs. You can create an alert specifically for Ethernet interfaces—for example, to trigger immediately when a wired connection is lost. If desired, you can also create a separate alert for Wi-Fi interfaces with different conditions, such as a delayed trigger or a different severity level.
