Auvik Network Automation for Performance and Advanced
Auvik Network Automation turns repeatable command-line tasks into reusable templates for scoped jobs across eligible sites and devices. Authorized users will be able to define known CLI commands once, select the appropriate sites and devices, provide device-specific parameters, and run the job immediately or on a schedule.
What Automation can do:
- Reduced repetitive tasks
- Improved standardization across all environments
- Faster onboarding with reusable templates
- Scheduled updates
Automation will be part of the Performance and Advanced tiers. Automation jobs can only be run against devices in those tiers. It will require CLI credentials stored in Auvik. Read the knowledge base article here.
-
CVE Monitoring for Performance and Advanced
CVE Monitoring gives IT teams and MSPs a faster way to understand network-device vulnerability exposure. It surfaces potential vulnerabilities in your network by matching CVE records with the device inventory information you already have in Auvik.
With CVE Monitoring you can:
- Investigate potential device vulnerabilities for a specific site or in a unified view across sites.
- Prioritize investigation based on CVSS severity and whether a vulnerability is known-exploited.
- Export a Device Vulnerabilities report in PDF format to facilitate customer and stakeholder conversations.
-
UniFi API Integration
The upcoming UniFi API integration expands Auvik’s visibility into Ubiquiti UniFi environments by connecting to the unifi.ui.com API. This will help teams discover and monitor supported UniFi access points, switches, and related network details with more complete device context, reducing manual effort and improving day-to-day operational awareness.
The API integration requires an organizational API token created at unifi.ui.com. Learn more here.
With the UniFi integration you can:
- Monitor firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
- Use the API as a supplement to SNMP and CLI monitoring.
-
Use the API exclusively.

Ubuntu 26.04 Support for Auvik Collectors
Auvik now officially supports installing the Collector on Ubuntu 26.04, either through:
- A fresh installation
- An upgrade of an existing Collector from Ubuntu 24.04
This reinforces Auvik’s commitment to secure, reliable, and flexible deployment options, adding to the options already available across supported platforms, including Windows desktop and server operating systems, Debian, Raspberry Pi OS, and Ubuntu.

Improved
-
Troubleshooting Agent sessions now continue in Remote Terminal
When you move to the Remote Terminal from the Troubleshooting Agent, your session is preserved so you can continue without switching between tabs.
-
Filter the PSA Audit Trail by site
You can now filter PSA Audit Trail entries by site, making it easier to find and investigate activity related to a specific site.
Fixed
To improve performance for customers with tens of thousands of ConnectWise PSA companies, the Company dropdown in the ConnectWise PSA integration now loads up to 1,000 companies when adding a site mapping. If the company you need isn’t listed, search to refine the list. If it still doesn’t appear, check the status and type filters configured for your integration to confirm whether they’re excluding the company.
In the ConnectWise PSA integration, added a new IP Address(es) field that syncs all IP addresses associated with a device instead of just a single IP address. Due to a ConnectWise PSA limitation, this field can only be mapped to a text question.
Fixed an issue where alerts could include generic devices despite an exclusion rule for Device Type is Generic Device. This only affected alert definitions that could apply to generic devices and explicitly had this exclusion rule.
Fixed an issue where alerts on temperature readings from component sensors were not triggering correctly.
Fixed an issue that caused TrafficInsights to enforce its flow rate limit incorrectly when simulated sampling was enabled. The collector now correctly applies the rate limit to incoming flows.
Coming Soon
-
Collector Dashboard Enhancements (Phase-2) and New Collector Alerts
We’re enhancing the Collector Dashboard to provide deeper visibility into collector health and monitoring load across your environment.
The dashboard now includes:
Host resource utilization: CPU, memory, and disk utilization for the machine where each collector is installed
Monitoring load: The number of sites, devices, and interfaces monitored by each collector
We’re also introducing additional collector alerts, allowing you to define trigger conditions based on these health and monitoring metrics.
These enhancements provide a single-pane-of-glass view of collector health, status, and capacity across sites. This helps you self-serve, identify collectors approaching capacity, and take proactive action before performance issues or monitoring failures occur.

Desktop Applications Inventory in Auvik SaaS Management
Auvik SaaS Management now brings desktop application inventory into the same view as discovered applications, helping you see installed versions and associated devices and identify shadow IT, outdated software, and tool sprawl.
Please note that agent version 2.7.1 is required to gain this visibility. Run the installation script on managed devices to update their agents.
Improved
-
Agent Autolauncher
Starting with agent version 2.7.1, the agent autolauncher no longer requires the AuvikSaaSManagementAutoLauncher scheduled task to operate.
