New

  • Device Inventory Report
Our Device Inventory Report is now live! The Device Inventory Report provides a global-level summary across multiple sites, featuring built-in graphs for device types, vendors, and models. This replaces manual CSV workarounds and allows users to generate professional, PDF-exportable reports for QBRs and audits in seconds.

  • Collector Dashboard (Phase 1)

The new Collector Dashboard is now available at the global and multi-site level in Auvik.
This dashboard provides a single-pane-of-glass view of installed collectors, helping users quickly see where each collector is deployed, whether it’s connected, its approval status, OS, IP address, and whether it may need attention. If you are managing many collectors across many sites. Until now, you had to navigate site-by-site to understand collector status. Now you are able to view them all in one place which creates a much better operational experience.

Note: In the coming months, the Collector Dashboard will be enhanced with additional collector health and performance metrics and ability to act. Currently it is a Read-only view.

  • Remote Terminal Assist (Open Beta)

Aurora is now available directly inside Remote Terminal, helping you get AI-assisted CLI guidance without leaving your terminal workflow. With Remote Terminal Assist, you can describe what you want to do in natural language and receive vendor-aware CLI command suggestions. You can also share terminal output with Aurora to help identify issues, anomalies, and relevant next steps.

Remote Terminal Assist can help reduce time spent searching vendor documentation, support faster troubleshooting, and make it easier to work across unfamiliar CLI environments.

  • Printer Ink Level Alerting (V2)

We’ve expanded our V2 alerting library to include printer ink and toner levels. This allows teams to proactively monitor and manage printer maintenance across their managed sites using our modern alerting engine.

  • Process Monitoring for Servers & Workstations

Troubleshoot performance issues faster with Process Monitoring, now available on the Server and Endpoint dashboards. The new Top 10 Processes section lets you quickly identify which processes are consuming the most CPU, memory, or disk resources without needing to remotely access the device. The table includes up to 14 days of historical process data, making it easier to investigate intermittent performance issues.

Improved

  • Direct CEF Syslog Support

Auvik now supports Common Event Format (CEF) logs sent directly from devices, in addition to CEF-over-Syslog. This expanded parsing capability ensures that security-related logs from a wider range of vendors are accurately captured and displayed in the Auvik UI.

  • Aurora Troubleshooting Assistance with TrafficInsights

Aurora Troubleshooting Assistance now automatically correlates TrafficInsights flow data when relevant to an alert. By analyzing traffic patterns alongside topology and device performance, Aurora can now identify specific apps or hosts—such as a large file transfer—that may be causing network disruptions.

Fixed

  • Active alerts are cleared when alert definitions are updated - When you edit an Alerting 2.0 alert definition, any active alerts associated with that definition are now cleared automatically. This helps ensure alerts do not remain active under outdated conditions, which could prevent them from clearing properly or triggering again in the future. Before the change is applied and if there are active alerts, you will see a confirmation message explaining that active alerts will be cleared. The alert can trigger again if the updated conditions are met.
