Prerequisites
Before installing the Hubspot integration, ensure that you have:
- Required Auvik SaaS permissions to install integrations
- From the Partner Hub: Default Admin
- From the Client Hub: Client Admin
- An active Airtable account with a Business plan or higher
- Personal Access Tokens generated for Airtable with SCIM provisioning capabilities (read and write access to the Airtable user database). Creating Personal Access Tokens – Airtable Docs
We recommend creating a dedicated Airtable user with minimum required permissions for integrations. If this user’s account is deactivated in Airtable, the integration will stop functioning.
Configuration & Setup
The Intercom integration can be configured using OAuth2 protocol or Personal Access Tokens with SCIM provisioning.
If Authenticating using OAuth
- Navigate to SaaS Ops Integrations
- From Partner Hub: Org Preferences > Integrations > Client
- From Admin Hub: Utilities > SaaS Ops Integrations
- Select Configure
- Click Connect
- You will be directed to login to Airtable in a new browser tab and grant permissions to Workato.
Upon successful authentication, the integration status will show as Connected.
If Authenticating using Personal Access Tokens with SCIM provisioning.
- Navigate to SaaS Ops Integrations
- From Partner Hub: Org Preferences > Integrations > Client
- From Admin Hub: Utilities > SaaS Ops Integrations
- Select Airtable
- Click Configure.
- Enter the Personal Access Token generated from Airtable with SCIM provisioning
- Click Connect to validate your credentials
Upon successful authentication, the integration status will show as Connected.

Offboarding
Deactivation & License Revocation:
- Deactivating a user revokes their license, immediately disabling access.
- Important: If users are reactivated, their access to Airtable—including previous workspaces and bases—is restored.
- Review and remove or update associated integrations, tokens, and automations to ensure continuity and security.
