General Release
- Auvik is updating our billing systems. This will change how our customers view their invoices in product
Auvik Network Management (9)
-
Improved
-
We’ve updated the authentication service for the Aruba Central Open Beta. Previously, for large networks it could take hours for the data to populate. This has now been reduced to a maximum of 1 hour. This is now the fastest we can retrieve data after credentials have been added per Aruba’s API constraints.
-
We’ve added a new batch of default alerts to alerting 2.0, so that customers can start getting value from Auvik faster. Default alerts were added for UPS, printers, uptime, SSL VPN connections, and cloud ping checks.

Billing -> Account page changes
- Below mentioned details which are currently in Settings → Billing → Account will be moved to another Auvik hosted page. Users who have appropriate billing permission will still see an option to view these on the current page, clicking which will result in automatic redirection to Auvik hosted pages via SSO. With that users can continue to carry out these functionals on that page
- View Subscription
- View and Update Payment Details
- View and Download Invoices
- We will provide more details on this once this change comes into effect.
