What counts as a billable device?

Follow

Note: Removing management of all billable devices will not change the billing for those devices, you are still required to pay for the minimum committed devices. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for any questions. If you aren’t sure who your CSM is, please reach out to m.

These are billable devices

  • Routers
  • Switches, including Layer 3, VoIP switches and switch stacks
  • Firewalls
  • Controllers

Note that each switch identified in a stack counts as a separate billable device, so this feature will affect your billing. Accordingly, stackable switch support is optional and can be disabled if you prefer to treat the stack as a single switch.
