General Release Notice

Additional Payment Method of Direct Debit Added for Network Management (US-Based Customers only):
- There is in-product UI options to update payment methods from Credit Card to Direct Debit. With that, US customers will now have more than one way to pay, either through the current method of credit card or a newer direct debit method. Paying by direct debit means you save on credit card convenience fees. Users with appropriate permissions can navigate to their top-level tenant and Settings → Billing → Account → Edit Payment Details section to self-serve. Auvik’s chat support hours will be reduced on Monday, October 10th (Canadian Thanksgiving) to 9 AM - 5 PM EST. Chat support responses may be delayed due to reduced staff availability. Typical Chat support hours will resume on Tuesday.

Improvements
- Users can now easily see URLs used by specific users for specific tools. This provides more insight and visibility into the ways specific apps, without needing to analyze deeper usage logs.
- Added TenantID Data to the Hub Settings menu for easier troubleshooting of issues.
- SaaS Management Users can now start an Auvik Network trial directly from their SaaS Management Dashboards, and users who are already Network Management users can easily navigate between products.
Bug Fixes:
- Resolved an issue where some apps depending on their state could be excluded from the offboard report.
- Resolved an issue where in some cases the Users menu would not show Source badges if certain filters were applied.
Coming Soon:
- An improved Contracts report to provide deeper visibility into SaaS spend and underutilized SaaS Licenses.
- Accounts Reporting, to provide visibility into account usage across the organization, including service accounts, shared accounts, and account inventory data.
- Expansion of Google Workspace and Azure Active Directory integrations to include the ability to enforce 2FA/MFA policies across the organization.
