Additional Payment Method of Direct Debit (US Domiciled Customers only)

For Auvik customers within the US, you will now have the ability to pay your bills via Direct Debit. In order to change your Billing Settings follow these instructions.

To access your site Billing Settings, from your Auvik site:

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Billing

3. On the Billing Settings page, click Edit Payment Details

4. On the Payment Details pop-up, to switch payment method, click the radio button associated with that Payment Type
   
   
   
5. Click Next
6. If Direct Debit is selected, this form will appear to submit the details from your direct debit card
   
   1. Fill out the details from your bank account for Direct Debit
   2. Check the Authorization box
   3. Click Save

Note: If you need to select Credit Card rather than Direct Debit, you will need to Cancel and start again.

7. If Credit Card is selected, this form will appear to submit the details from your credit card card.

1. Fill out the details from your credit card
2. Click Save

Note: If you need to select Direct Debit rather than Credit Card, you will need to Cancel and start again.

After clicking Save, you should see this banner on your Auvik screen.
