Use Transform Data or Output Parser, depending on the label shown in your Auvik interface, to convert an integer value into a decimal format.
For example:
- Input:
1234 - Output:
12.34
Method 1: Arithmetic transform
If an Arithmetic transform is available, multiply the value by the required scale factor.
For two decimal places:
- Scale factor:
0.01 - Example:
1234 × 0.01 = 12.34
Method 2: Regular expression
- Under Transform Data or Output Parser, select Regular expression.
Enter the following pattern:
^(\d+)(\d{2})$Enter the replacement:
$1.$2
Examples:
1234becomes12.34.999becomes9.99.
This pattern requires at least two digits. Adjust the pattern or use separate pollers when the source values have different expected formats.
Test the regular expression using the poller preview before saving the poller.
