Payment arrangements for overdue invoices

Follow

If your account has overdue invoices and you need additional time to pay, contact Auvik Billing or Finance before the account is referred to collections.

A temporary collections hold may be available when a payment arrangement is approved in writing.

What to include in your request

Provide:

  • The two invoices you will pay first.
  • The exact amount to be paid for each invoice.
  • The date the payments will be made.
  • The date by which the remaining balance will be paid.
  • Confirmation that you authorize Auvik to charge the agreed amounts to the card on file, if applicable.

To locate invoice details, see How do I find and download an invoice?.

Before the scheduled payment

  • Confirm that the card on file is active and has sufficient available credit.
  • Contact your card issuer if a security block may cause the payment to be declined.
  • Ensure the agreed payment amounts and dates match the arrangement confirmed by Auvik.

Important

  • A collections hold is temporary and only applies when Auvik has approved the payment arrangement in writing.
  • The hold is contingent on the scheduled payments posting successfully.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date.
  • If a scheduled payment is declined, not received, or the remaining balance is not paid on time, the account may proceed to collections.
  • Payment arrangements may vary based on your account status and agreement terms.
