To receive payments by EFT or ACH and avoid processing delays, provide the required vendor and banking information to the Auvik Finance team.
Required documents and information
Provide the following:
- Completed EFT/ACH enrollment form. Auvik will provide a form, or you may submit your own if it includes all required fields.
- Voided check or bank letter showing:
- Legal account-holder name.
- Routing or ABA number.
- Bank account number.
- Applicable tax form, such as a W-9, W-8, or local equivalent.
- Remittance email address.
- Accounts payable contact information.
- Company legal name.
- Billing address.
- Remit-to address, if different from the billing address.
International EFT requirements
For international payments, also provide:
- SWIFT or BIC code.
- IBAN, where applicable.
- Payment currency.
- Intermediary bank details, if required.
- Any additional information required by your receiving bank.
How to submit your information securely
Return the completed form and supporting documents using the secure upload link or encrypted email method provided by Auvik Finance.
Do not send complete bank-account details through unsecured email or other unprotected channels.
Processing time
EFT/ACH enrollment typically takes three to five business days after Auvik receives a complete and accurate package.
Processing may take longer if:
- Required fields are missing.
- Banking details do not match the legal account-holder name.
- Tax documentation is missing or outdated.
- Additional verification is required.
Auvik Finance will confirm when EFT/ACH is active and provide any applicable remittance instructions.
Prevent future invoice-delivery issues
To help ensure invoices and payment information are received:
- Add Auvik billing and Finance email addresses to your organization’s allowlist.
- Confirm that your billing recipients and accounts-payable group inbox are current.
- If your organization requires a purchase order, provide the PO number before the invoice is issued.
- Notify Auvik if your legal entity, banking details, remittance address, or AP contact changes.
