  3. In the upper-right corner, set the desired date range to limit the results.
  4. Use the search field to locate notification channel events by searching for keywords such as:
    • Notification
    • Channel
    • Email
    • Webhook
    • Slack
    • The name of a specific notification channel
  5. Review the matching audit log entries to view the recorded changes.

What You'll See

Depending on the action performed, audit log entries may include:

  • The date and time of the change.
  • The user who performed the action.
  • The notification channel that was modified.
  • The type of action, such as:
    • Created
    • Updated
    • Enabled
    • Disabled
    • Deleted
  • Additional details about the configuration change, when available.

Tips

  • Use a narrow date range to quickly locate recent changes.
  • Search using the notification channel's name if you know which channel was modified.
  • If investigating notification delivery issues, compare the timestamp of channel changes with the time the issue began.
