Auvik SaaS Management’s ClickUp SaaS Ops integration provides visibility into your ClickUp licenses. Once connected, you can view licensed users, monitor activity such as last login times, and identify inactive or underutilized accounts. This insight helps you maintain compliance, optimize license usage, and manage SaaS spend more effectively.
Prerequisites
Before you begin configuring the ClickUp integration, ensure you have:
- Appropriate Auvik SaaS Management permissions to install integrations:
• Partner Hub: Default Admin
• Client Hub: Client Admin - An active ClickUp account.
- A valid ClickUp API key (also referred to as a personal API token).
Generating a ClickUp API Key
To allow Auvik SaaS Management to connect with your ClickUp workspace, you must first obtain your ClickUp API key. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to your ClickUp account.
- In the upper-right corner, click your avatar.
- Select Settings.
- In the left-hand sidebar, click Apps
- Or navigate directly to:

- Or navigate directly to:
- Under API Token, click Generate or Regenerate.
- Copy and securely store the API token. You will need it during the integration setup.
SaaS Ops Integration Setup
- In Auvik SaaS Management, navigate to the ClickUp SaaS Ops Integration:
- Partner Hub: Org Preferences > Integrations > Client
- Admin Hub: Utilities > SaaS Ops Integrations
- Click Configure.
- Enter your ClickUp Personal API token.
- Click Connect.
Once connected, Auvik SaaS Management will begin syncing ClickUp license and activity data.
What You Can Do After Integration
Once connected, you can use Auvik SaaS Management to:
- View real-time ClickUp license usage
- Monitor user activity, including last login details
- Identify inactive or underutilized accounts
- Support license optimization and cost-management initiatives
