Auvik SaaS Management’s integration with Monday.com delivers complete visibility into your licensing landscape, offering real-time insight into licensed users and activity details such as last login times. This helps you maintain compliance, optimize license usage and manage costs with confidence.

Prerequisites

Before configuring the Monday.com integration, ensure you have:

• Appropriate Auvik SaaS Management permissions to install integrations:

• Partner Hub: Default Admin.
• Client Hub: Client Admin.

• An active monday.com account.
• An active monday.com API token.

Generating an API Token in monday.com 

You can generate your API token from either the Administration section or the Developers section.

To get your API Tokens via the Administration section:

1. Log into your monday.com account.
2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
3. Choose the Administration tab.
4. Click on Connections on the left side of the admin page.
5. From the dropdown, click on Personal API token.
6. Copy your Personal API Token.

To get your API Tokens via the Developers Section:

1. Log into your monday.com account.
2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
3. Select Developers to open the Developer Center.
4. Click on API token.
5. Copy your Personal API Token.

Your personal API token is now ready for use in Auvik.

SaaS Ops Integration Setup

1. Navigate to the monday.com SaaS Ops Integration on your Auvik SaaS Management platform.
   • From the Partner Hub > Org Preferences > Integrations > Client
   • From the Admin Hub > Utilities > SaaS Ops Integrations
2. Click Configure.
3. Enter your monday.com Personal API token
4. Click Connect.

Leveraging monday.com with SaaS Ops

• Real-time Updates: Refresh active user count data on demand.
• User Count: View which users have actively accessed the account.
• Undetected Licenses: Identify accounts with no associated activity using Auvik SaaS Management’s discovered users.
