The quickest way to get help is through the AI Agent, available 24/7 in both the Auvik product and KB (Knowledge Base). The AI Agent is loaded with product knowledge, can reference all available documentation, and can check the Auvik Status Page for the latest service updates.

  2. Enter your question or describe your issue.

Support Portal - Available in all Support Packages

If you prefer to submit your request in writing or need help outside business hours, you can open a ticket through the Support Portal. The portal is available 24/7, and responses are provided during business hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET.

  1. Go to the Auvik Support Portal.
  2. Click Submit a ticket.

  1. Enter the details of your issue and provide as much information as possible to help us resolve it quickly.
  2. Click Submit to create your ticket.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will review your request promptly.

If the AI Agent cannot fully resolve your issue, you can connect with a Support agent by typing agent or live support
