Command Runner for Endpoint & Server Monitoring

Follow

Command Runner is a lightweight, real-time remote command execution feature embedded into the Auvik platform. It allows technicians to run single-line commands on servers (Windows) and workstations (Windows/macOS) to address and resolve issues, without initiating a full remote desktop session, thereby enabling faster issue resolution with minimal user disruption.

If you need to take troubleshooting to the next step and access the GUI on the device, launch Remote Support from the footer of the Command Runner window.

Use the purple tab to minimize the Command Runner panel to have a full view of your device dashboard.

Permissions

Command Runner will share the same Auvik permissions as the Remote Support feature.

Through Auvik Roles, Command Runner includes out of the box access roles for Super Admin, Admin, Level 2 Tech and Level 1 Tech.
