How to enable Remote Support for Windows Servers or Workstations

  1. Go to Admin

  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Feature Enablement
  4. Toggle Enable Remote Support for Servers or Enable Remote Support for Workstations
    • Remote support for servers only works for Windows 2016 Servers or greater
    • Note: For security reasons the users must toggle this active so they are aware it is activated
    • When this is toggled, Auvik will propagate the agent to all servers or workstations in your network
    • The propagation takes ~ four hours to complete
      • If required immediately it is suggested that you restart the Endpoint to force the propagation
