Go to Admin
- Click on Settings
- Click on Feature Enablement
- Toggle Enable Remote Support for Servers or Enable Remote Support for Workstations
- Remote support for servers only works for Windows 2016 Servers or greater
- Note: For security reasons the users must toggle this active so they are aware it is activated
- When this is toggled, Auvik will propagate the agent to all servers or workstations in your network
- The propagation takes ~ four hours to complete
- If required immediately it is suggested that you restart the Endpoint to force the propagation
