Lucid SaaS Ops Integration

The Lucid SaaS Ops integration enables you to ingest active user data from Lucid to manage and optimize your license spend.

Important note: Lucid’s API does not expose detailed licence counts or types; instead the integration uses “active user” counts (via Lucid’s SCIM API) as a practical proxy for the number of licences in use.

Prerequisites

Before installing the Lucid integration, ensure that you have:

• Required Auvik SaaS permissions to install integrations
  • From the Partner Hub: Default Admin
  • From the Client Hub: Client Admin
• Enterprise subscription for a Lucid product
• Enable SCIM and automatic team upgrades using Account Owner or Billing Admin role 

Configuration & Setup

The Lucid integration can be configured using Bearer Token and requires enabling SCIM. 

1. Sign into your Lucid workspace as an administrator
2. Navigate to Settings > Provisioning / SCIM (or similar) to enable SCIM/Provisioning
   1. Ensure this includes Get All Users and Get All Groups Endpoints
3. Generate a SCIM bearer token by navigating to Admin > App Integration > SCIM, this token is used to authenticate your requests
4. Add the bearer token to your SCIM provider. Instructions for Lucid’s supported SCIM providers are listed below. If you do not use one of these providers, contact Lucid to assist you through the specifics of setting these calls up on your own:
   1. Okta
   2. OneLogin
   3. Azure

Setup SaaS Ops Integration

1. Navigate to the Lucid SaaS Ops Integration
   1. From the Partner Hub > Org Preferences > Integrations > Clients Tab
   2. From the Admin Hub > Utilities > SaaS Ops Integrations
2. Select Configure 
3. Input the Bearer Token from Lucid
4. Click Connect

If you have configured the integration successfully you will be taken back to Auvik Saas Management and the Integration will showcase as ‘Connected’.
