Every day, we log the number of billable assets you’re managing and have connected to Auvik. At the end of the month, we take the maximum to arrive at your total billable assets number for the month.
Note: Uninstalling the endpoint agent on all billable assets will not change the billing for those assets, you are still required to pay for the minimum committed assets. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for any questions. If you aren’t sure who your CSM is, please reach out to success@auvik.com.
View billing usage
From Billing > Server Usage or Billing > Endpoint Usage, you can see the number of servers or workstations that have connected to Auvik each day over the selected period.
- Click Settings in the side navigation bar.
- Click Billing.
- Hover over the Billing button
- Click Server Usage or Endpoint Usage from the entity navigation.
From here, you’ll be able to hover over the graph to see how many servers or workstations were considered billable on a given day.
