How do I manage client types?

The ability to manage client types is only available to partners on a plan that supports Performance. If you’d like to gain access to client types, contact your partner success manager.

How to change a client type

Client types can only be changed from a multi-client dashboard, whether that’s your main dashboard or a multi-client below the main dashboard.

  1. In the displayed list of clients, find the client on which you want to change the client type. Click the box at the beginning of the row.
  2. Click the Change Client Type button.
  3. From the client type dropdown, select the new client type you’d like: Essentials or Performance.
  4. Click Next.

  1. Confirm the client type change by clicking Submit. Otherwise, click Previous to change your selection. If at any point you’d like to cancel your selection, click the X in the top right of the modal.
