How to whitelist emails from Auvik


To ensure that you are able to receive emails from Auvik systems, Support, and your Customer Success Manager, we recommend that you create appropriate filters (Whitelists) for your email systems. To assist with this we have included the process for several popular email clients.


  1. Open Gmail (
  2. Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner of the screen
  3. Click See All Settings
  4. Click Filters and Blocked Addresses
  5. Click Create a new filter
  6. In the from field, type
    • Note: Do not select any of the email addresses that appear
    • Create Filter will now not be grayed out
  7. Click Create Filter
  8. Select Never send it to Spam
  9. Click the Create filter button

The filter will now appear under Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses.



  1. Click on the Windows icon
  2. Click on All Apps
  3. Click on Outlook
  4. Click on the ellipse (...) at the far right of the menu
  5. Click Junk
  6. Click on Junk Email Options
  7. Click on the Safe Senders tab
  8. Click Add
  9. In the pop up window that appears type
  10. Click Ok
  11. Click Apply
  12. Click Ok

Microsoft 365 Outlook

  1. Open Microsoft 365 Outlook (
  2. Log in
  3. Click the gear icon on the far right of the window
  4. Under Settings > Mail, click Junk email
  5. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
  6. In the cursor that appears, type

The whitelisted domain will now appear under Safe senders and domains.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open Yahoo mail (
  2. Log in
  3. Click the gear icon on the far right of the window
  4. Click More Settings
  5. Click Filters
  6. Click Add new Filters
  7. Set the Filter name to Auvik
  8. Under Set Rules > From, select contains
  9. Type
    • Note: Do not Match case
  10. Under Choose a folder to move to on the or line type Inbox
  11. Click Save

The filter will now appear under Your Filters on the Filters section.


  1. Log in to your ProtonMail account (
  2. Click on the gear icon at the top right side of the screen
  3. Click All Settings
  4. Under Proton Mail, click Filters
  5. Under Spam, block and allow lists, click Add address or domain

  1. Click Allow
  2. An Add to allow list window will open
  3. Beside Address type, click Domain
  4. Beside Domain, type
  5. Click Add Domain


Auvik will appear in the Email address or domain list at the bottom of the screen.
