How to change the session timeout for other users

Note: You must have Admin privileges to complete this operation.

From your Auvik instance:

1. Go to Manage Users
   
2. Select the user you want to change the session timeout for
   
3. Click the Edit button
   • The Session Timeout will be set to Use default
4. On the Session Timeout pulldown choose between
   
   • 15 mins
   • 30 mins
   • 1 hour
   • 2 hours
   • 8 hours
   • 90 days
5. Click Save
