Support for a server or workstation as an Auvik Collector on specific operating systems ends at the End of Service for that operating system. At that time, the system must be updated to a supported operating system to continue as an Auvik Collector. The End of Service date varies based on which operating system is being used.
It is recommended that you update the operating system on your collector in advance of the End of Service for the operating system or that you have a secondary collector set up on a supported operating system.
If you contact support with a collector issue on a depreciated operating system, the first action we will advise you to take is to update the operating system of your machine.
