How to change your password
Tip: To confirm you’re entering the correct password, click the eye () in the password field to see what you’re typing in plain text. To hide the password, click the eye (
) again.
- From the side navigation bar, click your username.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new password. Retype the new password.
Your password must include:

One or more numbers
-
One or more lowercase letters
-
One or more uppercase letters
-
One or more special characters
-
Can't use the last 4 passwords

Must be at least 16 characters

- Click Change Password.
If your account has been authorized with either Google or Microsoft, your password must be updated with Google or Microsoft instead.
When you signed up with Auvik, you gave us an email address. As long as that email address is connected to a valid Google G Suite or Microsoft Office 365 account, you can associate your Auvik account with Google or Microsoft.
How to authorize Google to enable single sign-on
- Make sure you’re logged into your Google account.
- From the Auvik side navigation bar, click your username.
- Click the LOG IN WITH GOOGLE button. You’ll be asked to allow Auvik access to your Google account for verifying login credentials. Click Allow access.
Your Google account is now linked with Auvik and is ready for use the next time you log in. To remove access to your Google account, refer to How do I remove application access from Google?
How to authorize Microsoft to enable single sign-on
- Make sure you’re logged into your Microsoft Office 365 account.
- From the Auvik side navigation bar, click your username.
- Click the LOG IN WITH MICROSOFT button. You’ll be asked to allow Auvik access to your Microsoft Office 365 account for verifying login credentials. Click Accept. *
Your Microsoft Office 365 account is now linked with Auvik and is ready for use the next time you log in.
* Are you an administrator for your organization's Microsoft Office 365 instance? On first login, depending on how your Azure Active Directory is configured, you might be asked to check Consent on behalf of your organization before clicking Accept. By consenting, you'll authorize Auvik for all your users.
