What detail can I see in a troubleshooting view?
From a troubleshooting view, you can choose a specific date range on the graph. You’ll see a list of the alerts for the specific entity you’re looking at, as well as the time each alert was received or resolved. The alerts are also plotted along the x-axis of the graph for simple correlation.
The detail provides you with information to help get to the root cause faster. We've used industry best practices to give you the data that you need, all in one place.
Hover your cursor over any point on the graph line to get a tooltip that shows you the date, time, and detail of that data point.
Some troubleshooting views allow you to toggle between different, but related metrics. For example, the Device Packets chart gives you access to three different graphs (broadcast, multicast, and unicast), which can be accessed by clicking through the tabs at the top of the chart.
How do I access a troubleshooting view?
On any chart that offers a troubleshooting view, click the Troubleshooting View button ().
How do I use the range selector?
