Note: The network map has been removed from this page to provide additional space during administrative tasks such as managing alerts, users, settings, and integrations. To return to your network map, simply click Home Dashboard or All Sites in the Auvik side navigation.
There are a few changes you can make to your company profile. You can:
- Update your company name
- Update your company address
- Set your time zone
- Set a time to receive alert notifications
How to update your company name
- From the side navigation bar, click Settings.
- Make any edits you want to your company name. Your domain name cannot be changed.
- Click Save Changes.

- From the side navigation bar, click Settings.
- Make any edits you want to your company address.
- Click Save Changes.
How to set your time zone
Auvik uses Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) for managing time zones (shown under settings as UTC). This means all notification emails default to showing the time in GMT. This time zone is also used for setting the time of new maintenance windows.
Alert Example:
Mar 09 at 6:50 PM GMT: catalyst3750-13-1 → This device has a disk utilization of 81.44%, which is above the defined threshold of 80%
But you can edit your time zone so that notification emails show your local time.
- From the side navigation bar, click Settings.
- From the Time Zone drop-down, select your time zone.
- Click Save Changes.
The next notification email you receive will show your local time.

How to set a time to receive alert notifications
Alerts that are sent once every 24 hours default to going out at 12:00 a.m. (midnight). But you can change the hour of the day you want to receive the notification emails.
- From the side navigation bar, click Settings.
- From the Send daily alert summary emails at drop-down, select the hour for notifications to be set.
- Click Save Changes.
