Auvik Network Management pricing is based on the number of billable devices you manage across your networks — not every device that Auvik discovers or monitors.
Most devices connected to your network can still be monitored at no additional cost. This allows you to gain visibility into your full environment without paying for every endpoint, printer, access point, or IoT device.
Billable devices generally include core infrastructure components that provide network connectivity or critical services, such as:
- Firewalls
- Routers
- Switches
- Wireless LAN controllers
- Hypervisors
- Certain servers and infrastructure systems
Many other device types are monitored for free, including:
- Wireless access points
- Printers
- UPS devices
- Cameras
- IoT devices
- End-user devices

Example
A small office with approximately 50 users may only have a handful of billable devices, such as:
- 1 firewall
- 2 switches
- 1 hypervisor
- 1 infrastructure server
Even if the same network contains dozens of additional monitored devices — including access points, printers, UPS systems, and IoT devices — those devices may not increase your Auvik costs.
This pricing model helps organizations monitor their complete network environment while keeping licensing predictable and focused on core infrastructure.
