All of your billing and payment information is found in the billing section of your account.
- Click Settings in the side navigation bar.
- Click Billing > Device Usage

Click on the Take me to my billing button to access the billing portal.
View and Download Invoices
On the new Auvik Billing Portal page, you can view the last 13 posted invoices associated with your account.
You can use the column headers in the table to sort invoices by date, amount and balance and/or click download in the row of the corresponding month to download the invoice as a PDF.
View & Edit Payment Details
In order to edit your payment method:
- Click Edit Payment Details.
- Select your payment method.
- Card
- US bank account(ACH):
- Note: Only available to US customers.
- Fill out the appropriate form.
- For Credit Card
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- Security Code (CVV)
- For ACH (Bank Account)
- Search and select your bank
- Authenticate your bank account securely
- Alternatively, you can enter bank details (Routing number, account number) manually

Billing Address
- Full Name
- Country
- Address (with auto-complete)
- For Credit Card
- Click Save to update your payment method.
Success! Your payment method will be saved, set as the default and you will be automatically redirected to the Billing Portal homepage.
