Additional Payment Method of Direct Debit (US Domiciled Customers only)

For Auvik customers within the US, you will now have the ability to pay your bills via Direct Debit. In order to change your Billing Settings follow these instructions.

To access your site Billing Settings, from your Auvik site:

1. Go to Settings
   
   
2. Click Billing
3. Click on the Take me to my billing button to access the billing portal.
   
4. Click Edit Payment Details
   
5. Select US bank account(ACH)

6. Search and select your bank

7. Authenticate your bank account securely

   • Alternatively, you can enter bank details (Routing number, account number) manually

8. Fill out your Billing Address

   • Full Name

   • Country

   • Address (with auto-complete)

9. Click Save to update your payment method.

After clicking Save, you should see a banner acknowledging the change.

Your payment method will be saved, set as the default and you will be automatically redirected to the Billing Portal homepage.
