Important Reminder
-
Ubuntu 18.04 was end of life (EOL) as of April 30, 2023 and is no longer supported. This poses serious security risks for your systems. For this reason, Auvik ended support for this version on July 29, 2023. Ubuntu OVA and Bash Script collectors version 18.04 are no longer compatible and will not be able to connect to Auvik. The impacts of this are:
-
The 18.04 collector will no longer receive updates
-
Network scans will not work
-
Device stats queries (SNMP/WMI) will not work
-
Remote management features will not be available
-
TrafficInsights and Syslog will no longer collect or receive data
It is important to upgrade your collector(s) to 22.04 (preferred). Instructions are located here or at this updated FAQ page. For help with this upgrade, please contact Auvik Tech Support. If you have already upgraded - thank you!

Additional Payment Method of Direct Debit (US Domiciled Customers only):
-
-
There will be in-product UI options to update payment methods from Credit Card to Direct Debit (ACH). With that, US customers will now have more than one way to pay Auvik, either through the current method of credit card or a newer direct debit method. Direct debit will help you to avoid credit card convenience fees. Users with appropriate permissions can navigate to their top-level tenant and Settings → Billing → Account → Edit Payment Details section to self-serve.

Enhanced Google Workspace Integration: Google Workspace now efficiently retrieves vital SaaS event data. This feature aids in pinpointing apps that utilize GWS for login, shows deeper detail into SSO data, and offers other valuable SaaS insights.
