How do I check if there are any open remote tunnel connections?

Checking for open remote tunnels can only be accomplished from the client dashboard.

You can view details on all currently active tunnels and are able to force a disconnect of a tunnel. For more information on filtering, see How to filter data in Auvik.

How to see all remote connections

To see a list of all open connections for all users, click Documentation from the side navigation bar. Click Remote Tunnels.

How to see my remote connections

To see a list of all of your own open connections, from the side navigation bar, hover over your name and click the chevron. Click My Remote Tunnels.

How to disconnect a remote connection

  1. Click Documentation from the side navigation bar. Click Remote Tunnels.
  2. In the displayed list of remote tunnels, find the tunnel(s) you want to disconnect. Check the box at the beginning of each row.
  3. Click the Disconnect button.
  4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Disconnect.

You can also disconnect your own tunnels by navigating to My Remote Tunnels.
