Your service desk’s workflow may be to keep all reported incidents from your RMM tools open to conduct a full post-mortem, or to link to a master ticket of similar incidents within the same timeframe. Now you can specify that an alert have no clear condition. These alerts can only be cleared with a manual dismissal through Auvik or a PSA integration.

IMPROVED! ConnectWise Manage integration

If you’re syncing alerts and configurations between Auvik and ConnectWise Manage, newly created tickets will now be associated to the configuration entry in ConnectWise Manage. This means you can easily look up the incident history for a given configuration within ConnectWise Manage.
