NEW! Top interfaces by bandwidth report

If you’ve been wondering which specific ports/interfaces across the network are pushing the most bits per second, there’s now a report for that. The new report complements the existing Top Devices by Bandwidth report. When you’re logged into a client account, head over to Documentation > Configurations to check it out.

IMPROVED! AuvikFlow device provisioning

Up until recently, you had to contact Auvik support if you needed new devices provisioned within AuvikFlow. You can now define flow-enabled devices directly from your MSP dashboard without a support ticket.

IMPROVED! Configuration compare

It’s now much quicker to load large configuration backups on a device’s Documentation > Configurations tab.

We’ve also added two jump buttons to let you quickly hop to the insertions, deletions, and modifications within two configs you’re comparing.

HEADS UP! Changes to packet error and configuration backup alerts

Based on partner feedback, we’ve changed the threshold for throwing a packet error alert on an interface to 100,000 errors over a five-minute interval instead of 10,000 errors. The new threshold applies only if the defaults are left untouched.

The configuration backup retrieval alert has been renamed and is now known as the configuration polling alert. Trigger conditions and notification settings remain the same.
