How can we help?

2022-W38 release - Sep 24, 2022

NEW! SNMP poller parsing

Auvik users can now parse values retrieved from the SNMP poller allowing you to return the value you need. We’ve created before, after, and in-between options for better usability. We’ve also included RegEx functionality which will be available for numeric and string values. Happy Parsing!

IMPROVED! Device identification

We’ve added device identification for 18 L3 switch and L2 switch models from Cisco, CTS, Dell, Engenius, Extreme Networks, F5 Networks, H3C, HPE, and TrippLite; 1 router from Cisco; 2 wireless access points from Cisco, and Avocent; and several printers including models from Toshiba and Xerox. We’ve also improved model identification for Cisco Catalyst switches.

NEW! Nanook Help Center

You can now quickly find answers and learn how to use Auvik on demand with relevant announcements and contextualized support articles when—and where—you need them most. This feature will be available on September 26, 2022.

Look for Nanook putting his paw up in the bottom right of your Auvik dashboard.

RESOLVED! Windows 64-bit collector issue

We’ve addressed performance issues with the Windows 64-bit collector that caused excessive memory consumption and possible service crashes.
