Explore four Auvik capabilities at no charge through January 5th, 2027 for customers on Basic and Core packages. Use the trial to identify device vulnerabilities, run CLI jobs across your network, investigate alerts with Auvik AI (Aurora), and get help while working in a remote terminal.
What’s included in the trial?
Device CVE Monitoring
Device CVE Monitoring compares supported device information in Auvik with published CVEs from the NIST National Vulnerability Database. Quickly see which devices may be affected, prioritize risks by severity and known exploitation. This can reduce the time spent manually comparing device details with vulnerability records and help focus remediation discussions on the most urgent risks
Get started:
- Go to Device Vulnerabilities in Auvik.
- Review the CVEs affecting devices at the selected site, or use the multi-site view to review risks across sites or clients.
- Select a CVE or matched device to review details and continue your investigation.
Network Automation
Network Automation lets you run reusable CLI templates against eligible network devices. Select the sites and devices for a job, review its commands and settings, then run it. Complete repeatable diagnostics or configuration tasks across multiple devices more efficiently, with less time spent logging in to devices and entering commands one by one.
Get started:
- Go to Manage Automation > Templates and select Create New Template.
- Indicate whether the template requires elevated access.
- Enter the CLI commands in execution order, with one command on each line.
- Indicate parameter input using {{ }} brackets
- Go to Run Setup and select an available template.
- Review the template.
- Select the eligible site or sites for the job.
- Choose the device selection for this job.

Auvik AI Troubleshooting Agent
Auvik AI Troubleshooting Agent investigates a triggered alert using available Auvik context, such as alert details, device information, topology, performance data and historical alerts. It provides a probable root cause, supporting evidence, and suggested diagnostic steps. You can share new findings in the conversation to refine the investigation. Start investigating with relevant network context already gathered, helping your team spend less time collecting information and deciding what to check next.
Get started:
- Open a triggered alert in Auvik.
- Click the Aurora button in the alert details to start an investigation.
- Review Auvik AI’s probable root cause, supporting evidence, and suggested diagnostic steps.

Auvik AI Remote Terminal Agent
Remote Terminal Agent brings Auvik AI into the remote terminal session. Ask for CLI commands for a task or share command output for help interpreting it and deciding what to check next. Get help with vendor-specific command syntax and understand device output without switching between tools or relying as heavily on command references and specialized expertise.
Get started:
- Go to a device dashboard in Auvik.
- Select Remote Management > Terminal.
- Select Activate Aurora to open the agent.
- Ask Auvik AI to suggest commands for a task, or run commands and select Copy Output to Aurora to ask about the results.
