Core Maintenance: eMudhra Certificate Change

Follow
Auvik is performing a planned Core upgrade this weekend to address the security issue involving compromised eMudhra certificates. We will remove the affected eMudhra root certificate from our trusted list to protect outbound Core communications from interception.
  • EU2: Saturday, October 24, 7–10 a.m. ET
  • All remaining clusters: Sunday, October 25, 7–10 a.m. ET
Monitoring will be interrupted during the maintenance window. The certificate change does not affect Auvik’s communication with collectors or monitored devices.

After the upgrade, a webhook or PSA integration may stop receiving data if its certificate chain depends on the affected root. If this happens, contact the integration provider about replacing the certificate.

For background, see eMudhra’s official statement on the certificate incident. Official Auvik release notes will be available in November.
