The Auvik API does not currently provide endpoints to retrieve Auvik user lists or enumerate roles and permissions by subscriber or tenant ID.
What the API can provide
The Tenants API can show which multi-clients or clients are associated with an Auvik user account. It does not return the users assigned to a tenant or the specific roles and permissions assigned to those users.

Information not currently available through the API
The Auvik API does not currently provide a supported method to:
- Retrieve a list of active or inactive Auvik users.
- Retrieve user profile or account details for all users.
- Enumerate the roles assigned to users.
- Retrieve the individual permissions included in a role.
- Query user roles or permissions by subscriber or tenant ID.
Workarounds
Manage users, roles, and permissions through the Auvik user-management interface.
For audit requirements:
- Export or document role assignments from the Auvik interface.
- Record the users assigned to each role.
- Maintain a dated copy of role and permission assignments for future comparison.
If access is federated through an identity provider, use the identity provider as the system of record for user identities and group-to-role mappings.

If API access to user lists, roles, or permissions is important to your workflow, contact Auvik Support or your account team to submit a feature request.
Include:
- The information you need to retrieve.
- The tenant or subscriber scope.
- Whether the use case is reporting, auditing, provisioning, or automation.
- The required update frequency.
