If your organization uses Auvik SaaS Management without Auvik Network Management, the Network Management Settings and Billing sections are not available in the portal.
ASM-only customers do not have access to the Auvik Billing Portal. Billing and payment requests are handled by the Auvik Billing team through email and secure links.
This is expected behavior and is not a permissions issue.

- Email address.
- Company name.
- Customer or account ID, if known.
- The billing communications they should receive, such as invoices, statements, or payment confirmations.
Billing will review the request and update the appropriate billing distribution list.

Invoices and statements are sent by email to designated billing contacts.
You can request copies of historical billing documents by providing:
- Company name.
- Customer or account ID, if known.
- Invoice number or numbers.
- Date range, if you do not know the invoice numbers.
- The type of document requested.
Billing will provide the available documents through the appropriate email or secure delivery process.
AutoPay and payment timing
Billing can enable or disable AutoPay for the default payment method when supported by your account.
Available AutoPay methods may include:
- ACH or Direct Debit.
- Credit card.
If you want to avoid credit-card fees on future payments, request and complete ACH or Direct Debit setup before your next billing date.
Billing will confirm when the payment method or AutoPay setting has been updated. Payment timing may depend on the payment method, billing schedule, and bank or card-processing requirements.
Access beyond ASM-only billing
The Billing Portal is not available with ASM-only plans.
If your organization requires self-service Billing Portal access, contact your account team to discuss whether an account or plan configuration that includes portal access is available.
