Manage Alerts Tabs

The Manage Alerts section allows administrators to configure how alerts are handled across their organization. In addition to the Alerts 2.0 table, the following tabs are available.

Alert Suppression

  2. From the Site menu, select the site you want to access.

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Manage Alerts.

  • Delete rules that are no longer required.

Each suppression rule displays information such as:

  • Rule name
  • Status
  • Scope
  • Matching criteria
  • Date created or modified

Best Practices

  • Create suppression rules only for alerts that are expected or do not require action.
  • Review suppression rules regularly to ensure important alerts are not unintentionally hidden.
  • Use descriptive names to make rules easy to identify.

  2. From the Site menu, select the site you want to access.

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Manage Alerts.

Best Practices

  • Verify notification destinations after creating a new channel.
  • Keep distribution lists current to ensure alerts reach the appropriate recipients.
  • Disable unused notification channels to simplify alert management.

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Manage Alerts.

Each maintenance window displays information such as:

  • Window name
  • Schedule
  • Time zone
