Granting Permission for Remote Support on macOS

Follow

The first time a technician connects to your Mac using Remote Support, macOS will ask you to grant permission for the remote session.

Once the above permissions are given, Admin should be able to remote into the user’s machine.

You may see several permission prompts during the initial connection. Some prompts may not appear until the technician attempts to reconnect. If this happens, simply allow the additional permissions when prompted.

Once all required permissions have been granted, future remote support sessions should connect without requiring you to repeat these steps.
