Auvik AI (Aurora) is designed to provide the single highest-confidence hypothesis based on available evidence. This focused approach gives you a clear, actionable starting point rather than a list of competing possibilities.
What happens if Auvik AI (Aurora) doesn't have enough data?
Auvik AI (Aurora) will reduce its confidence score, and ask you to provide additional information if possible. It will still provide its best analysis based on what is available.
How many follow-up rounds can I do?
There is no hard limit. Auvik AI (Aurora) targets resolution within approximately 5 interactions, but will continue assisting beyond that. After several rounds without resolution, Auvik AI (Aurora) may recommend escalation while still being available to help.
