Does Aurora automatically run commands on my devices?
No. Aurora only suggests diagnostic commands. You must run them manually on the device and paste the output back into the Aurora conversation.
Can Aurora make changes to my network configuration?
No. Aurora is strictly read-only and diagnostic.
Why does Aurora only show one root cause?
Aurora is designed to provide the single highest-confidence hypothesis based on available evidence. This focused approach gives you a clear, actionable starting point rather than a list of competing possibilities.
What happens if Aurora doesn't have enough data?
Aurora will reduce its confidence score, and ask you to provide additional information if possible. It will still provide its best analysis based on what is available.
How many follow-up rounds can I do?
There is no hard limit. Aurora targets resolution within approximately 5 interactions, but will continue assisting beyond that. After several rounds without resolution, Aurora may recommend escalation while still being available to help.
