You may want to view Configuration Items (CIs) created by Auvik in ServiceNow CMDB to verify or troubleshoot the integration. You can view the CIs using one of these options:
- CMDB Workspace
- CI Class Manager
CMDB Workspace
- In ServiceNow navigate to the CMDB Workspace.
- (Optional) If you have domain separation activated, change the domain scope to where the CIs are mapped to.
- Click on Use conditional search instead under Intelligent Search.
- Add a condition for Discovery source is SG-Auvik.
- Click Search.

CI Class Manager
- In ServiceNow navigate to the CI Class Manager.
- (Optional) If you have domain separation activated, change the domain scope to where the CIs are mapped to.
- Click Open Hierarchy
- Enter the CI class that you want to view CIs for in the search box.
- Select the CI class that you want to view CIs for.
- Click on CI List.
- Add a filter for Discovery source is SG-Auvik.
- Click Run.
