You can change the default class mapping to map to your organization’s needs. For example, you have a custom CI class that you want to use.
You can change the default device class mapping by editing the ETL transform map, CMDB Application: SG-Auvik, in the ServiceNow IntegrationHub ETL.
- Navigate to IntegrationHub ETL in ServiceNow.
- Click on CMDB Application: SG-Auvik.
- Click on Auvik Devices.
- Click on Select CMDB Classes to Map Source Data.
- Adjust the class mapping as needed
- Edit existing class mapping
- Edit the condition in the affected CI Classes (Edit Class) to add/remove the Auvik device classes in the condition u_device_type is_one_of.
- Click Save.
- Add a new class mapping
- Click Add Conditional Class
- Set the condition to u_device_type to is_one_of the desired Auvik device classes.
- Set the Class to the desired CI Class.
- Edit the field mapping (Edit Mapping) to add field mappings. Use one of the existing ones for reference.
- Edit existing class mapping
- Review the field mapping (Edit Mapping) for the affected classes.
- Click Mark as Complete.
- Test the changes by clicking on Test and Rollback Integration Results.
- Perform a one-time full sync device import.

If you need an import set to test the new version:
- In ServiceNow, navigate to Service Graph Connector -> Auvik -> Data Sources.
- Click on the desired device data source.
- Change the application scope to Service Graph Connector for Auvik.
- Click Related Links -> Test Load 20 Records or Related Links -> Load All Records.
