The ConnectWise SOAP API has been deprecated and the integration with Auvik will no longer work for customers using the SOAP API as of December 18, 2021.

RESOLVED! SonicWall firewalls
We’ve resolved the backup issue with SonicWall firewalls. This fix will now allow the devices to backup consistently.
FIXED! ArubaOS-CX switches
We’ve resolved the issue with ArubaOS-CX switches that were reporting incorrect Command Line Interface (CLI) specifications. This fix will now allow backups and other functionalities to work properly.
BUG SQUASHING! Backup issue
We’ve fixed the issue with backup that was not reverting back from the secondary collector to the primary collector when it was back online.
FIXED! Historic data mismatch
We’ve improved the algorithm for calculating historic bandwidth in graph tables to account for missed polls that altered displayed averages.
