HEAD’S UP! Removing support for Linux collectors on Ubuntu 14.04
Ubuntu 14.04 reached the end of standard support in April 2019 and as of December 31, 2020 (extended from September 21, 2019), Auvik has also removed support for Linux collectors running on Ubuntu 14.04.
Important: you must update the collectors noted above before July 8, 2021, or you will lose monitoring on these sites.
To update the collectors, deploy the Auvik collector on Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver) by either downloading and deploying an OVA (~5 minutes), using a bash script installer, or using the Windows installer.
ENHANCED! Added support for Cisco Viptela CLI and backups
Configuration files for identified Cisco Viptela devices with valid login credentials will now be included in Auvik back ups.
