Why can’t I see any last login times for the active users? 

Lucid’s API does not provide this detail for user activity. 

 

Why can’t I see any details for Underutilized Licenses?

Lucid’s API does not expose detailed licence counts or types; instead the integration uses “active user” counts. Because of this we are unable to accurately pinpoint which accounts are being underutilized at this time.
